Fizan is still a family owned business and have been manufacturing poles in Italy (just an hour from Venice) since 1947.
They were in fact the first company to produce aluminium ski poles. While ski remains a large part of their business today they have also expanded into both trekking, trail running and nordic walking.
They continue to be innovative in their design and try to lead rather than follow market trends. All of this with a mindfulness to the sustainability of the environment in which we get to enjoy the outdoors – for example their factory for the past decade has been over 60% self-sufficient through solar power.
Tracking usually becomes active around 6PM on the day of dispatch.
If you haven't received a tracking number from either ourselves or the courier, please open the Online Chat at the bottom right of the screen and enter your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email) into the chat box. This will bring up your tracking number.
If this method still doesn't provide you with your order number, please get in touch with us via email. Note that a tracking number will not be generated immediately.

We are warehouse-based and do not have items on display. However, you are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Church Crookham - just select the Click & Collect option at the checkout!
Click & collect orders are normally ready within 1 hour, Monday - Friday 9-5 (excluding bank holidays).
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive next working day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 13:00 and you are on the UK mainland.
Some orders to Scotland may take an extra day, particularly Highland addresses.
