All orders over £60 will get free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
We offer a 1-2 day delivery service on all orders placed before 1PM. Any orders placed after this time are likely to miss same-day collection, from which they will be posted the following day.
Yes! Although we are strictly a warehouse (as of now...), we offer local pick-up. Place your orders online, then pop by during our opening hours:

All items needing to be returned must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and in brand new condition, including packaging.
If you haven't contacted us directly before returning your item, please leave a note explaining why you returned the item, along with contact information in case of any issues with the product.
Whilst we do not offer a guarantee on all of our products, should an item prove to be faulty in or outside of the 14-day return window, please get in contact with us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
