The Fizan Trek in red is a pair of 3-part trekking poles made from 7075 aluminium. Each pole weighs just 245g and adjusts from 63 to 140cm, so they suit a wide range of heights and terrains.
Carbide tips give grip on rough ground, and a pair of 50mm baskets is included for mixed terrain. Protective rubber tips are supplied too, to prevent damage from the carbide tips.

How to use
Twist to unlock each section, slide it to your chosen length and twist again to lock. Adjust the straps so your hand is supported without gripping tightly.
Tips
Fit the rubber tips on hard surfaces and fit the baskets on soft or mixed ground. Fizan also offer specially designed pavement tips as an optional accessory.
