The Kelly Kettle Base Camp is the largest size: an Irish wood-fuelled camping kettle that boils 1.6 litres (about six cups) in about 3–5 minutes on twigs, dry grass, bark or pine cones — no gas required.
Light a small fire in the steel fire base and sit the kettle on top. Water sits in a double wall around a central chimney, so it heats quickly even in wind and rain. The green whistle tells you when it has boiled. The fire base packs up into the kettle for travel.
