This is a vegan dish based on a classic recipe.  This recipe is loaded with lots of flavour and is generous with greens. The protein mainly comes from kidney beans and wheat. This dish is lactose free.

There are a selection of both breakfast and main meals for lunch or dinner. The breakfast meals have about 500 kcal and hot main meals have about 550 kcal. The serving size is 1 portion (430g-450g) for the
whole range.

All allergens in the recipes are highlighted in bold letters in the ingredient list. They are produced in Germany and have a shelf life of 36-42 months.

There are a number of alternatives for vegetarian consumers.

The packaging, which was developed in cooperation with Bla Band and Flextrus, is made of a high barrier Flextrus Transofoil® laminate which has outstanding mechanical strength and the special labels on the sides provide extra insulation for keeping the food hot and handling easier.
