The Fizan NW Speed in black is a great pair of poles for Nordic walking. The 2-part 7075 aluminium poles adjust from 75 to 125cm and lock with a twist.

Nordic grips and straps are light and ergonomic, and the poles are vibration free in use. A small button on top of each grip releases the breathable straps, and reflective inserts add safety at night.
