The MicroMo is Jetboil's light regulated cooking system: an 0.8L FluxRing pot with simmer control in a pack that weighs about 340 g. It is aimed at solo hikers and pairs who want more than a boil-only stove without carrying a heavier MiniMo.

The regulator keeps the flame steady as the canister empties and in cooler weather, and you can turn it down for real cooking as well as fast boils. Push-button ignition lights it, and a 100g canister packs inside with the burner.

FAQs

Can the MicroMo simmer?

Yes. It has a regulated burner with fine flame control for simmering as well as boiling.

How much does the MicroMo weigh?

About 340 g for the system, not counting the fuel stabiliser or a gas canister.

MicroMo or Zip: which should I choose?

Both use a 0.8L pot. The MicroMo has a regulator and push-button ignition for cooking and cold-weather consistency. The Zip is simpler and cheaper, with no regulator or built-in igniter.
