The Fizan Compact is one of the lightest three-section aluminium trekking poles you can buy, at just 158g. It's made from high-grade 7001 aluminium alloy, so it's strong and durable as well as light.
It extends from 59cm to 132cm, so it suits walkers of all heights and works perfectly for pitching trekking pole tents like the Lanshan, which need about 125cm. Fizan's internal Flexy locking system is quick to adjust and lighter than external clamps. The EVA grip is comfortable in the hand, and the strap adjusts easily, even when you're wearing gloves.
