The Fire Maple 118 is a remote canister gas stove: the burner sits on its own folding legs and connects to the gas by a hose. That keeps the stove low and stable, means you can use a windshield safely, and lets you use bigger pots than a canister-top stove allows.
It weighs just 146g, folds down small and puts out 2.8kW (9,500 BTU/h), enough to boil water fast and cook proper meals. It's made from stainless steel, copper and aluminium.
