The Opinel No.8 Laminated Birch Collection puts a colourful twist on the classic French folding knife. The handles are made from birch from sustainably managed Finnish forests.
The wood is through-coloured, which gives it a longer lifespan, and the inks used to dye it are natural and not harmful to the environment.
