The Petromax Griddle and Fire Bowl is a steel all-rounder for the campfire. Light a fire in the bowl to protect the ground beneath, or stand it on its three 23cm legs over an open fire and cook on it.
The centre of the griddle gets hotter than the outer edge, so a steak can finish gently at the side while vegetables fry in the middle. Each use builds a patina that becomes naturally non-stick. It can also be used without its legs.

Tips
Season the griddle before first use and oil it lightly after cooking to build the patina. Use the hot centre for searing and the cooler edge for keeping food warm.
