The Fire Maple Polaris Remote Gas Pressure Regulator Stove is one of Fire Maple's most technically advanced backpacking stoves. It is made for cooking in cold, windy and high-altitude conditions.
Gas canister pressure drops in the cold and during long burns. The integrated pressure regulator keeps the flame strong and even regardless, and also acts as a safety device by shutting off if canister pressure rises too high.

Use standard threaded camping gas canisters. Fire Maple does not recommend propane bottles or adapters, which give poor performance with this regulator.
