The Muurikka griddle pan is a Finnish classic, made since 1976. It's a big, shallow, hot-rolled steel pan for cooking outdoors over an open fire, a gas burner, charcoal or a barbecue. It works on an electric cooker too.
Think full breakfasts for the whole group, fajitas, stir-fries, pancakes or a pile of sausages all at once. The wide surface gives you room to cook different things side by side.
