Petromax Convection Cap / Lid

You can use the Petromax Convection Lid as a convection oven or a smoker. For heat builds up and circulates under the lid, you can cook, bake or smoke with it in a particularly even and energy-saving way. Thanks to the coated inside and the close-meshed aramid fibres, heat can hardly escape: It makes baking, smoking and cooking outdoors just as successful as in the oven at home.

With the Petromax Convection Lid, you can bake like you would in a hot-air oven. The Petromax convection lid is made from heat-proof and fireproof aramid fibres and turns the Atago and the ft3 up to ft9 Dutch Ovens into a hot-air oven or smoker! Thanks to the coated insides and the aramid fibres hardly any air can escape: Even and energy-efficient baking, smoking and cooking is now also possible outside.
